So, today i just reset my PC and now I'm facing this strange issue where McAfree services are running in the background, though I've uninstalled the McAfree software in the beginning itself. What to do?

You have to uninstall it PROPERLY otherwise it won't go away

go to device manger click on McAfeeSwitch then click on drivers, then disable each of the two drivers
