Hello,

I have a HP Pavilion 14 laptop that isn't charging whilst turned on.

When I insert the charger, the lightening bolt appears on the bottom right of the screen, showing that the laptop is charging but the battery percentage decreases.

My laptop only charges when I shut it down, but that's not practical when working.

I have purchased a new laptop charger but the same thing happens.

I have updated the laptop and still, the same happens.

Please help.
