Hi there,
I want to know on how to make the HP cloud recovery tool work. I tried on a different Product ID from 2019, that worked. But when I tried my Prod. ID (7QBEA38#ABU), it didn't even say 0.01% download, it stayed at 0.00%!
May someone please help me with this? I really want the notebook to feel 'fresh' again.
Thanks a lot,
Parin.
(By the way: My USB stick is more than 32GB, the version is the latest, but it is still not working.)

Type your product number at the link below.
You'll find that HP Coud Recovery Tool is not available for your model. It's supported for notebooks which are less than 5 years old.
You can create a bootable Windows installation usb drive with Microsoft Media Creation Tool from the Microsoft Windows download site.
