I just had this computer built by HP and paid for 3 years of CarePack W/Act.Damage. I was told it gives you 24/7 Teck Support so why now am I asked to buy "Smart Friend" ??

The accidental damage care pack only covers the hardware issues. You will receive tech support too but in case of any issues on the PC, charges will be applicable.

 

HP SmartFriend will help to handle any tech issue, on any device, from any brand. Refer to this link for more information.
