Wi-Fi and battery icons are not displayedWi-Fi and battery icons are not displayedimage.png

As shown in the screenshot attached, I need to click on the ^(upward arrow) to see the Wi-Fi icon. It used to be near the speaker icon. But one day, it was suddenly gone. I switch between different networks frequently, and it would be convenient if the icon were readily available. And about the battery icon, it sometimes doesn't show up at all until I restart. So I have to go into the settings to check the battery percentage. It disappears randomly and comes back when I turn on next time. Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

Can you see them when click to a small UP arrow as shown on the image ? If NOT, please try

  (a) Right click Taskbar then select Taskbar settings,

  (b) Go down to Notification area then click Turn system icons on or off,

  (c) Select (turn)  them on the list.

Regards.

It has been turned on by default and I still cannot see the battery icon. I cannot see it even when I click the UP^ arrow. The Wi-Fi icon is now back on the taskbar. Thanks for that. The battery icon will be back if I restart without changing any of the settings. It disappears and comes back randomly.
