@MathewS90, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Download the Wi-Fi Driver from HP’s Official Website

Since your laptop can’t connect to the internet, use another working device or connect your HP laptop via Ethernet cable.

On another computer or once your HP laptop is connected via Ethernet:

Go to the official HP support page:
HP Laptop - 15-dw2025cl Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support

Under Network Drivers, look for:

Wi-Fi Driver

Download the latest version compatible with your version of Windows (e.g., Windows 10/11 64-bit).

Transfer the file to your HP laptop using a USB flash drive (if using another device).

Run the installer and reboot your laptop.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
