You're very welcome.
The driver I gave you is the latest one that HP currently has available.
Unfortunately, I don't know what other tweaks you can do in the advanced settings to resolve the problem, if any.
You can experiment with other versions of the driver.
Sometimes an older version will work better than the latest one.
Here is the Realtek Wi-Fi driver support page from a HP business class notebook which has several older drivers in addition to the one I gave you.
Look under the Revision History section. There are 5 previous versions to choose from.

This is the latest version of the Wi-Fi driver HP currently has for the Realtek RTL8852BE Wi-Fi adapter:
Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers
6001.15.160.601
After you install the above driver, immediately run the Microsoft Hide Windows Update utility that I zipped up and attached below.
The utility should find the 6001.15.161.0 driver waiting to be installed.
Check the box to hide the update.
The utility will run again and report that the problem is 'fixed.'
Close out of the utility and the 6001.15.161.0 driver should not try and reinstall again.

Thank you for the guidance. I followed your instructions exactly: installed HP’s Realtek RTL8xxx Wi‑Fi driver (sp162860 – 6001.15.160.601), rebooted, and used the Microsoft tool to hide the 6001.15.161.0 update so it wouldn’t reinstall. The Wi‑Fi worked perfectly for about three hours, then the speed suddenly dropped to around 2–5 Mbps with no changes on my side. Since the 161.0 update is hidden, this looks unrelated to Windows Update. Could you advise on an HP‑approved newer package/firmware for the RTL8852BE or recommended settings (e.g., disable Wi‑Fi adapter power saving, force 5 GHz/80 MHz) to address this stability issue on the Victus 15?

Hi, Thank you for your help and for the link. I tried the driver version sp158956.exe from the EliteBook support page, and it worked. My Wi‑Fi issue is now resolved. Thanks again for your support.
Best regards

Hi, Unfortunately, the problem has come back. The driver sp158956.exe initially fixed the issue, but after some time the Wi‑Fi problem returned (slow/unstable connection again). So it seems the solution is not permanent. Do you have any other suggestions or steps I can try? Thank you again for your help.

Hi:
Sorry that the older driver version didn't fix the problem either.
Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.
You will probably have to wait until Realtek releases a newer driver to HP.
If you can't live with the issue, you can use a dual band USB Wi-Fi 6 adapter or possibly replace the RTL8852BE Wi-Fi adapter with this model:
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro 160 MHz PCI-e + USB WW with 2 antenna(s) HP part # L35282-005

I received your recommendation for the Intel WiFi 6 AX200 (HP Part # L35282-005) for my HP Victus 15. However, I discovered my laptop has an AMD Ryzen 5 8645HS processor, and the AX200 is only compatible with Intel CPUs, not AMD Ryzen systems. Could you please recommend a WiFi 6 card that is compatible with AMD Ryzen processors instead?
Thank you for your assistance.
