Microsoft caught a log of flak resulting from pushing out the 1809 Feature Upgrade too soon.

So, as a result, they are "staging" it now, meaning, it is being pushed out gradually and, unfortunately, no one knows when their particular PC is going to be Updated. It could easily be several more months.

IF you are in a hurry, then you can download the current Win10 release from this link:  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Once you have that, you can do something known as a Repair-Install which will do an in-place upgrade: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html
