Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
- What is the exact issue with the Bluetooth device?
- Are you able to connect to the Bluetooth devices?
- When was the last time it worked fine?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
If you cannot pair your computer with a Bluetooth device, review the steps in the link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06100754 to check for connection or driver issues.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
