OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-cm2000 (70W97AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there. I bought the HP Omen 17 inch 17-cm2005nq and I tried first to install windows 11 and the performance of the mouse is slow and seems like mouse and windows lag behind when I try to move windows around or when I move my mouse.

This happens even when I use a separate mouse, not my touchpad.

I tried windows 10 instead, but I cannot find where to download windows 10 Drivers for my laptop.

Please, where can I download them?

Hi:

Your notebook is only supported by HP for W11, so you will not find any W10 drivers for it.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the drivers from the older model 17-cm0000 model series.

Do not use any of the BIOS or firmware files though.
