I have a x360 convertible 14-dh0101tu, and I installed Windows 10 64bit build 21H2. I searched for specific hardware IDs, but I couldn't find it. Does anyone have links to proper drivers for these "base system devices"
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1911&SUBSYS_85C4103C&REV_00
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1911&SUBSYS_85C4103C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1911&CC_088000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1911&CC_0880
Thanks!😊

Hi:
You need this driver for that device:
Intel Chipset Installation Utility
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101001-101500/sp101171.exe
Restart the PC after installing the driver.

In Device Manager, right-click the device and click Update Driver Software.
Click Search automatically for updated driver software. Then Windows will search and find the driver for you.
Reboot your computer and check to see if the Base System Device driver issue is fixed
Regards,
J Wick
