HP Notebook - 17-by0025ds
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgrade my HP Laptop computer from windows 10 to 11 about 4 months age and the computer worked fine.  3 days ago I try to turn my computer on and it went to preparing automatic repair. the system will run for about 30 minute and come back with unable to repair and give a error code of (Driver PNP Watchdog). Does any one know how to resolve this issue as i am not able to access the couros to type in any basic commands.

I had done the Youtube power down 3 times but is still will not start in windows safe mode.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive.

Since you will have to use the tool on another PC to create the installation media, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window to create the recovery media.

Your PC's product number is:  7JB03UA#ABA

The you can upgrade back to W11 by clicking on the blue W11 Installation Assistant button at the link below (1st option).
