Hello,

One of the windows updates on 5/16, messed up my HP SimplePass software again.  The login will no longer work, neither will any of the browser logins (I'm using the SimplePASS extension in Google Chrome).

I tried reinstalling the software, from SP6923 as I did the last time it happened (November 2016), but it doesn't work this time.

I just ran the install again.  I DID NOT UNINSTALL IT FIRST.  Do I have to do that this time?  If so, is there a way to save all my accounts, or will I loose them?

This is getting rediculous.  If the updates aren't breaking SimplePass, their breaking BEATS Audio.

Let me know if you can offer a suggestion for this issue.

Cordially...John

OK, I finally got it working again!

I had to reinstall it THREE TIMES until it finally started working again (but at least it was without uninstalling it).
