I downloaded Windows 10 version 2004 and it installed correctly. I updated all HP drivers prior to installing version 2004. After booting up, the sound controls and the sound did not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers related to sound. No fix. I ended up uninstalling version 2004.
HP is not listing this 2 year old laptop as tested for version 2004 by them. Anyone able to shed any light on this?

Hello,
Your question is a little unclear as to what information you want. The model number is 14-BA0xx. Product number is Z8H94AV This is what HP support assistant shows as well as Windows 10 system information.
