HP ENVY Laptop - 13-ba0010na
Microsoft Windows 11

Where can I find the Windows 11 drivers for my HP Envy 13-ba0010xx? I am looking to install the driver for the HID compliant touch screen.

When selecting the options from the dropdowns on the driver support page, it only gives me the option for Windows 10.

Hello @ShaneJordan

This is your HP software and drivers page:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-13-ba0000-laptop-pc-series/32552516/model/3...

The latest HP supported Windows version is 10 !

My advice:

You can try to work with Windows 11, but it is not a guarantee. Try to install the Windows 10 drivers anyway. They might work.

best regards

Thanks for the suggestion - I tried that, but unfortunately it noted that the driver was not supported on this OS.

I had seen another post with a similar issue, but they had a list of W11 drivers for their Envy

Hello @ShaneJordan

It could be that future HP updates will support Windows 11.

Please contact HP to ask:

https://support.hp.com/

Summary and current solution:

If you want to use your touchscreen, you have to go back to Windows 10.

Can you please mark a post of mine ( technical error ) as "Accept as Solution" to thank for the achievement and the work I've done for you 😊 and to help other community members to find this solution, thank you.

Hi Shane,

Indeed, I would also suggest to get support from HP (https://support.hp.com/).

I also got support from 'm They helped me updating my BIOS and settings (using W11 instead of W11).

Got it figured out. Really great what they could do!

Good luck!
