HP Recommended

After upgrading my device from Windows 10 to Windows 11, the keyboard light stopped working even though I pressed the F5 button, and I tried all the solutions to the problem, but it didn't work for me. Please provide a solution, thanks.

 

Also, my mute button light does not light up any more.

 

Tried HP support assistant to troubleshoot

Tried updating the drivers

Tried removing keyboard in device manager

Tried BIOS but cant seem to find an option

Tried BIOS update

 

Please advice.
