Hi,
I used my HP Laptop yesterday morning without any Problems. After I came back from lunch, I realised the Laptop suddenly wanted the PIN instead of the Password. Problem is I don't know the PIN, I checked my other Laptop and realised I never made one. Now I can't log in because I don't the PIN and below the PIN it always had a "other sign-in options" but now that isn't there either. I looked it up on the Internet and tried to make another user. I managed to do that but when I press log in it says "Welcome" and the "you are being logged out".
Please Help, all my work is on it.
