Product: HP Pavilion 15-cs2064st

I tried to update to windows 11.  Ever since my laptop says please wait while we install a system up then shuts off then back on by itself & continues this cycle.  I manually powered off last night hoping this am when I turned back on this wouldn't happen but it is doing the same thing so far.  What's wrong?  How to fix? 

 Please assist.
