Hi, @Nancyy510 I am sorry you are going through this challenge. Let us try and fix it together.

 

 It seems the software you are trying to install only runs on the Windows OS, like Windows 10 or 11.

 

You are most likely experiencing this issue because you are using ChromeOS which is different from the Windows Operating System architecture.

 

Chromebooks do not allow you to install software that are meant for the Windows-based operating system.
