jai un HP PROBOOK 440 G6 Mon ordinateur fonctionne sous Windows 11 Professionnel, mais je n’arrive pas à l’activer. Le code d’erreur affiché est *0xC004C003*. Le dépanneur d’activation indique que mon appareil possède une licence numérique Windows 11 Famille.

Je souhaite résoudre ce problème sans perdre mes fichiers personnels ni mes applications.

HP Recommended

The only way you will be able to do that and keep your files would be to pay for a W11 Pro upgrade from W11 Home.
