Hi! 

I need Drivers for my 

HP Notebook - 14-am011nx

RUNNING WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 64 BIT

 

SN #5CG6215R9G

 

i'm currently using my desktop atm which is running windows 10 thus the driver support insist me to download a Windows 10 64 bit drivers.

 

Please Help. Thank you.

From what I can find, this PC came with Win10 preloaded from HP, and in those cases, HP does not supply older Win7 drivers for their new Win10 PCs.

 

Sorry, but you should not be running an OS other than Win10 on this laptop.

Hi, @J-Chavez 

 

You should be able to use all of the W7 x64 drivers and software, except the BIOS and firmware files,  from the HP 250 G4 business class notebook, which has the same processor and chipset as yours.

 

Where you see driver names for the same type of driver, use the ones labeled for the Braswell chipset.
