I have read your post and wanted to help.
I understand that you need the Windows 7 drivers for ac123tx.
There are HP Notebook - 15-ac123tx and HP Notebook - 14-ac123tx. Can you check the product number, and post it back? HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number?
