This one is weird... I did a full wipe and reinstall of Windows. I have downloaded some drivers and other piece of software from HP's support page, including "HP Client Security Manager".
After reboot it completely messed up the sign in, Hello no longer worked and it asked for security questions right away. Logged in as usual after filled in the form... Did some restarts and issue persisted. Decided to uninstall the Manager.
All seemed well, however now I have an unusual problem. If I restart the computer or log off, Windows forgets some of my passwords, but not all. For example, it asks for password for Office 365, one drive, MS Teams, some non-MS encryption software and also for password manager. However some other programs are working as usual (for example, Dropbox).
These programs seem to be using Windows Credentials manager to store their password, however it gets corrupted on log in.
I have found some suggestions on the internets, but none worked.
What's next, how do I solve this?
