Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

In the last few months I noticed my 1 year old Spectre's battery life has severely depleted, even though I take care to never overcharge and to fully drain between cycles. Looking at the apps using the most power, I noticed Windows Explorer (the file explorer) is at the top of the list - why is this, and what can I do to reduce it's power consumption? I have seen similar cases on the internet but this seemed the best place to address it.
