Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't Set up windows hello for my laptop. In setting I get this massage that this option is currently unavailable.  I bought this laptop 2 months ago. 

I have download HP support Assistant to check for any updates, but there isn't any new updates. plus, the windows up to date. any suggestion?

It only has  HP TrueVision HD IR Camera with integrated dual array digital microphone which does not support Windows Hello. You need a 3D/IR camera to be able to setup Hello

but it has the fingerprint reader, so how am i supposed to set up my fingerprint , if my laptop doesn't going to support it?
