Windows installation on SSD (Kingston A2000) shows windows cannot be installed as SSD is in GPT format. I checked the HDD on which windows is already installed, is also GPT partition. Tried using Macrium Reflect to copy windows in SSD for installation. But SSD does not show up in boot menu. Please help.

I've done this numerous times using Macrium Reflect (MR) and never had it fail me -- but your comments are confusing.
To clone to the SSD, you boot from the existing drive, not the SSD. You connect the SSD to your PC using an adapter cable. Then you clone the HDD to the SSD using MR.
Once you have done that, if you copied both the OS partition and BOOT partition, you should be able to boot from the SSD instead of the HDD.
