I just received my new PC and it does not show my Authentic Windows License Product sticker.  I'm concerned that this is missing as I like to install a fresh OS with my OEM key whenever I get a new PC.

Microsoft Windows product activation key is embedded in the BIOS chip in the motherboard from Windows 8 onwards. It is not printed in COA stickers anymore.

 

This is will automatically activate the Windows OS on clean installation of the same version of OS that came with notebook, while connected to internet via Microsoft servers.
