Hello!
I am using HP notebook with the following parameters:
- OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)
- BIOS: F.27
- Processor: AMD A6-6310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 graphics, 4CPUs, ~1.8GHz
- RAM: 8GB
So my issue is that when I update the display driver, computer starts to freeze approximately every 5secs. I can not move mouse clearly. However, If I switch back to old driver(Microsoft Basic Display Adapter) it works fine. I tried some solutions but they do not work. How I can fix this problem?

Hi:
What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?
Use this guide to find that information...

Hi:
This is the model you have...15-af193ur
https://support.hp.com/bg-en/document/c05062780
It comes with both the onboard R4 graphics, but it also has the AMD Radeon R5 M330 discrete graphics adapter.
So it has the switchable graphics setup and can only use the custom driver on your notebook's support page.

This package provides the AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver and Catalyst Control Center for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. For notebooks with switchable graphics modes, this package includes drivers for both graphics processing units (GPUs). Switchable graphics enable users to switch between a power-saving graphics mode (normally used under battery power) and a high-performance graphics mode. If high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) video output is supported, this package also installs the HDMI Audio Driver.

This was the final driver release for your notebook's graphics setup.
Do not attempt to update it.

Hello,
Thanks for the detailed information. Should I install the driver that you mentioned(final driver release) and update it?
