Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! Windows Security not working. I have tried everything, even instruction from a tech on Youtube. I cannot open Windows Security or anything in Protection areas. I just get a blank screen when clicking on anything. When checking for updates, it just gets stuck.

I even went into windows update in Services and tried to disable, delete, and enable and it would not delete everything. Can someone help me fix this or tell me if I need new software. I ran an sfc scan and it was fine. I have ran all diagnostics in Support Assistant but everything is fine.

Re-install Windows 10 will help. Please use the following steps

   (a) Using the following tool to create installation media of ISO file

              https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

   (b) Using installation media to install Windows 10.

Note: make sure to tick keep user data/programs files. This should be default

Regards.
