Windows Update to 1903 - This PC won't run Windows

I tried to upgrade my Spectre x360 to Windows 10 1903, and I got the message "This PC won't run Windows", followed by the suggestion that I contact the manufacturer about a BIOS upgrade. My BIOS is F.23, and the support assistant isn't giving me an upgrade. What should I do?

There is a BIOS update on the HP Spectre 15-ch000 x360 Convertible PC support page...

You can also get that message if you have a SD card in the card reader.

If you do, eject it and W10 should update.

Thanks, the BIOS update solved the problem. My mistake was to expect the new BIOS version to appear in the HP support assistant. Thanks again, Richard

I loaded the BIOS Update and it went smoothly.  Afterwards, I was able to run the Windows 10 Update 1903 without a problem.  Thanks!
