dear hp team

i have purchased the new laptop and the laptop is not activated and there is no geniune sticker and there is no genuine logo in the activation window screen and it is only showing windows is activated  with digital licence linked to your microsoft account i have not got any email from microsoft community about the activation the showrome people have cheated me regarding in this matter please  give me the geniune windows product key and give me t resolution for my concern.

You misunderstand how activation is done in the Win10 era.  The "digital entitlement" is Microsoft wording meaning that your PC IS activated.  There are no longer stickers that come on PCs.

Also, HP keeps no records of individual product keys associated with individual PCs, so there is nothing that HP can send you.

To check activation status, open an elevated command prompt (type "command" in search, the top result should be command prompt, right click and "run as administrator").

Type slmgr /xpr

The result will tell you if you are activated, what version of the OS is activated, and how long the activation is good for. "Permanently activated" is what you want to see.
