ok, but yesterday I tried to download windows 7 ISO file but when I enter my manufacurer key to get the ISO, they say it wont work, because it is a manufacturer key.

As I wrote the other day, if the factory reset program does not work, you will have to contact HP support in your country to get a W7 Pro recovery kit.

There are no sites that I know of where you can download a W7 Pro ISO file.

There is no way I can get a new product key for the win 7 ultimate, because the one I have wont work.
