I recently upgraded from 8.1 to 10 home. I worked with no issues till yesterday. But since morning I have been unable to use or access the task bar icons.
Was not able to even shut down the laptop from windows icon.
I Went to task manager and tried to restart the windows explorer. Since then cpu is at high level working and whole display screen is blinking.
