Hello!

All of my windows apps are greyed out and have a exclamation mark on them. Cant open anything. Facing this issue for a few days now.

 

No, i dint update or changed my settings recently.

I tried to reinstall the apps but the MS store is greyed out too.

I even did a windows reset but the problem is still there.

 

As you see in the screenshot below, camera app is also greyed out. i cant open camera via the app but it works during the online meetings.

Here i am trying to open a photo on my desktop (below)

when i click "see in store" it does nothing. (store is greyed out too). and when i click "close", this error shows (below picture)

You should go into System Restore and see if you can restore the OS from a few days ago -- from before this problem started.
