I have one of our users who had an issue with his OMEN Laptop - 17-cb1005na
It needed the motherboard and wireless adapter replacing Including DC connector.
HP replaced the motherboard and various parts and then sent back to user - since this repair the user gets the below message all the time.
Windows can’t be installed because this PC has an unsupported disk layout for UEFI firmware
Now windows 11 was already installed and working fine and still does some smaller win 11 updates but this message keeps coming up.
I have already wiped the downloads folder and cleared windows updates - then rebooted and still comes up with the below..
Now will this be down to a older motherboard being installed and the engineer not checking details when parts were replaced. We cant get around the issue now.

Hi:
When you install W11, make sure that you are booting the W11 installation media from the EFI USB flash drive, not the legacy one.
