I am trying to enable windows hello face on my new pavilion cs3073cl but its saying that its unavailable and it couldn't find a compatible camera. I have an HP wide vision HD camera with integrated dual array digital microphone.

Windows Hello facial recognition requires the high-grade IR camera.
Unfortunately, the HD camera won't work for facial recognition.

Control Panel > icon view > Device Manager
Open Category Cameras
Method – Check Settings for “Windows Hello Face”
Settings > Accounts > Sign-in Options
If Windows Hello is not available, you will see a message:

This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more
