I am trying to downgrade from windows 10 to windows 8. On the install screen, I get this error message: we couldn't find any drives. To get a storage driver, click Load driver. My storage device is Toshiba MQ04ABF1 88GEP248T. Kindly assist me to fix this problem. Thank you

Hi:

You can only run W10 on that platform.

Intel did not develop any storage or graphics drivers for PC's with 8th gen core processors.

Okay cool. Thanks for the feedback. But please can you explain why I cannot connect to a second screen? I have updated the windows to the latest version. I have tried all other methods but to no avail.

You're very welcome.

I suggest that you start a new topic on the subject, because if you have the latest graphics driver installed, you should be able to connect to an external display with no problem and if you can't, I would have no idea why you can't.
