hello,

 

when i open search and type Update I get a loading screen and after that it disapears and  the laptop just skips everything thats related to that screen, same whit add or remove programs I get a screen of loading and then it just idles in Windows again.

 

anyone know to resolve this

I fixed it...solution was a reset towards a earlier safe point
