Hi,

 

I have purchased several HP 250 G8 laptops which I need to deploy within a business.

 

I have successfully created a sysprep image which works, however I have noticed that within HP Support Assistant, it is showing the serial number for the machine which I initially created the image on and not of the actual machine. 

 

Is there a location where HP Assist is pulling the serial number, ie from a specific file rather than the BIOS?
