Product: Youcam 4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to help an elderly friend. When we have a zoom video meeting we can hear him but all we see is a youcam4 screen when he is sharing video. When he is not sharing video we see his name. I personally haven't seen this issue before When speaking with him on zoom. Not sure what happened but now instead of seeing him we see a screen that says youcam4.
