My Zbook is showing Following Messages during bootup

warning: Your system is not fully configured. Please contact HP customer support.
warning: This BIOS is not for production use.

warning: This HP Endpoint Security Controller firmware is Not for Production Use.

 

I am not able to update the bios after trying many ways as instruction (Update using HP Support assistance (Failed); Update in BIOS manually (failed); Update using USB (failed); Update in BIOS using update via Ethernet with Internet cable connected (Failed). Even sometimes it looks like successful processing (I see updating process) but after boot into Windows and check info... It still Bios old Version. And anytime I start my zbook, three (3) Warnings above mentioned display....

I just describe my laptop problems. 

Hope to get detail help from HP Support Center. Or may I need to send my laptop for HP Warranty Center for support these problems?
