The “zlightspace_background” process appears to be malfunctioning. It consistently consumes 1-10% of CPU on my computer, while RAM usage steadily increases over time. I intend to uninstall the application as I seldom operate the system without peripherals (keyboard, mouse, monitor). This feedback is provided for HP’s awareness, in hopes that the application can be investigated and the issue resolved. Similar problems have been reported by other users on various forums, however, those threads were closed without resolution.
