I have the same problem:

New notebook (HP ZBook Studio 16 inch G10 Mobile Workstation PC) and installed Z Light Space from the Microsoft store. The application correctly detects the device and shows a visualization of the ZBook + animated keyboard, however, the physical keyboard does not match it and just shows either no keyboard light at all or full white light on all keys.
