I want to know if it's possible to do something with the hardware (Upgrade maybe?) so I can use the Zoom backgrounds option; I don't have a way to setup a green screen background.....this is super annoying!

This is not a hardware function; instead, it is a function of the Zoom application version running on your PC.
The most current Widows version (as of 10/13) is 5.3.2. If you are not running that version, you can get it from here: https://zoom.us/download

Hi Mr. Wood - thank you! Understood; I updated the Zoom application and via their website login to 5.4 (came out today). That doesn't seem to be the issue. Zoom is indicating "Your device does not support Virtual Backgrounds" <--which means static or moving. This is what I'm trying to resolve....so I CAN use those options with this laptop. I do think that may be a hardware issue and just trying to figure out if there may be a way to upgrade something to get this all to work without having to buy a whole new laptop. This one is literally still in brand new condition! 🙂 I also do not have the space to set up a whole background with a green screen - seems a bit excessive when everyone else's laptops can use the feature in Zoom, except me.

Sorry then, don't know what to tell you as I regularly use Zoom on three different PCs (two laptops --both HP, one destkop -- not HP) and don 't have any issues like this.
