If your PC order from HP include MS Office 2019 then it should have come preinstalled and the corresponding product key should have been either included in the email you were sent confirming your order, or on a card included with the PC.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist in this as we have no access to information about individual orders.  For assistance in this, you have to contact HP Customer Support directly.
