Hi @rajeshmondalwb,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
A BIOS update can help fix restart issues, and HP documents also note that some BIOS releases fixed cases where the keyboard/mouse were not working or the internal keyboard lost function after resume on certain notebook models. If your keyboard stopped working after the update, try these HP-supported steps:
- Restart the PC and enter BIOS/Startup options if possible.
- Update again using HP Support Assistant to make sure you have the latest BIOS and related drivers. HP Support Assistant | HP® Support.
- Check for hardware failures using HP diagnostics/support guidance.
- If the problem started recently after the BIOS update, perform a System Restore to a point before the issue began.
- If the issue continues, reset the PC after backing up important files.
- For overheating or instability-related behavior, HP also recommends keeping the BIOS current and testing hardware.
I hope this will help.
Take care and have a good day.
