Hi:
The problem you are having is most likely due to the AMD GPU running hot over time and eventually this causes damage to the GPU chip.
It will only operate in standard VGA graphics mode and will not accept the driver.
The only solution to the problem would be to replace the motherboard.

The pirated Windows is not the problem.
Can you still read all 25 characters of the W7 product key sticker on your PC's case?
If so, you can download a legitimate copy of W7 and use your notebook's product key to activate it.
I have zipped up and attached the Microsoft utility below that you can use to transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so that it is bootable.
As far as a motherboard...HP no longer sells them, I live in the middle of the United States, so I wouldn't know where or how much you can buy a motherboard in India.
I would check on eBay.
Better still, just buy a new or used but tested and working newer notebook.
The motherboards with part numbers are listed in chapter 3 of the service manual, but this is the first time I have seen them where they don't list what graphics they come with.
So, if you want the same thing you have now, you will open up the PC and hope that HP has a part number label on your notebook's motherboard, because I have no idea what part number you need.

If the key is for W7 Home basic, unfortunately, there are no downloads for that.
But here is how you can make any version of W7 into a universal installation media, where you can select Home Basic.
