Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my hp notebook battery is not charging after plugged in. my laptop is just running after plugged in and after I remove the charger the laptop shut down. I use hp pc hardware diagnostic and it tested ok for battery and ac adapter. I also uninstall microsoft ACPI there are no changes in charging problem. I also update the BIOs but it doesn't works. please help me.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
