Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

my laptop power light is blinking red (6-11) times and its plugged in I tried turning t on but it wont work and I tried unplugging it  and removing the battery and holding the power button for 15-30 seconds but it still only showing the six blinking lights
