I see that you are facing issues with your HP 15s-Eq1000 Laptop PC (8WQ35AV)
Please follow the steps listed below to test the battery.
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F2 once.
4) Go to the Component test.
5) In the list of Component Tests, click Power.
6) In the list of Power Tests, click Battery.
7) On the Battery Test, click Run once.
If the issue persists, I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this web link
Note: Select your country from the dropdown, enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location
